Warren Construction is a local owner-operator business. Nick has been licensed as a residential general contractor in Oregon (CCB #234385) since filing the LLC in January 2021, and he does the hands-on work himself rather than handing it off to a rotating crew.

We had Nick do the demolition of our kitchen counters and needed to have the counters removed without harming the beautiful backsplash we had installed a couple years back. Nick handled this technically difficult job beautifully. The old tile counters were completely removed without any harm whatsoever to the backsplash. He then proceeded to level the cabinetry underneath the counters, so that the new quartz counters settled perfectly. Another amazing feat of carpentry! This man really knows his stuff. We recommend him to anyone needing remodeling or construction work.”
